About Steve’s

Steve’s Famous Barbeque was in the making from the early stages of Steve’s Jones’ life. As a young man growing up, he was always intrigued by his mother’s flavorful southern style of cooking. After he began his military career in the United States Army, he had the opportunity to experience various ethnic foods. His tours in the military took him to several different parts of the world such as Europe and the Middle East. Taking the best from each experience, he was later able to develop his own authentic rub, marinade, and baste for pork, beef and chicken.

After retiring, Steve was given the opportunity to cook for people and organizations of all walks of life. Including NFL players, executives from major corporations as well as for people at major events and festivals throughout the United States. The response to Steve’s flavorful food was so overwhelming that Steve decided to make Steve’s Famous Bar-B-Q available to the general public. With his family in tow, Steve’s Famous Bar-B-Q Food Truck can be found at events both large and small, throughout the greater Clarksville area!
